Daytime Includes: $25 Hourly

Mini yoga sessions (optional)

6; up to 1-hour virtual sessions (optional)

UNLIMITED text/email support
Overnight Includes: $35 Hourly

Newborn care including feeding, diapering, burping, and soothing

Bringing the baby to the birthing parent for nursing, if applicable

Bottle preparation and/or paced bottle feeding, if requested
-
Light household support related to infant care (e.g., washing bottles/pump parts, folding baby laundry)

Emotional support and newborn education as needed

Maintenance of a calm, quiet, and sleep-supportive environment for the family
